Consultancy Services for Conduction Traffic & Transportation Surveys for Rwanda National Transport Master Plan: Manual Classified Counts (MCC)
Manual Classified Counts were conducted to capture detailed traffic composition and flow characteristics. Counts were undertaken in both directions using 15-minute intervals.

Scope Of Service: Conducted at same RSI and BPI locations for 12 hours. Classified into 13 vehicle categories including cycle taxis, motorcycles, cars, LGVs, HGVs (3 axles and >3 axles), buses, and coaches.
Period: Nov 2023- Feb 2024
Status: Completed at 100%.
