Consultancy Services for Conduction Traffic & Transportation Surveys for Rwanda National Transport Master Plan: Journey Time Surveys (JTS)
Journey Time Surveys were conducted to measure travel time reliability and corridor performance. Surveys assessed delays and average speeds on national and urban routes.
Client: Dar Al Handasah, Dar-Rwanda (Hired by Rwanda Transport Development Agency, RTDA).

Scope Of Service: Conducted on 16 main National Roads and key routes within the City of Kigali.
